Tivoli Villa is located on an undulating terrain with rocky ground in Bukit Bandar Raya which is part of an up-market area called Bangsar.

The design principles for this project encompass an integration of several themes, which are the neo-classical character, the formal garden and water features.

These three features are integrated and moulded to form a condominium that exudes traditional grandness and dignity.

The buildings, landscape and waterscape draw on one of the fundamental concepts of classical architecture, that of symmetry and formality. Symmetry and balance
are represented in the various building forms, the landscaped gardens and water features.
