Pernas Sogo Shopping Complex is one of the larger single department stores in Malaysia. The 10-storey Pernas Sogo Shopping Complex has three basement carpark floors.
The main public entrance is located along Jalan Tuanku Abdul Rahman.

This has been emphasized through the use of features such as canopy and curtain wall along this façade, the provision of a very large concourse space and extensive see-through glazing that allows people to glimpse into the entrance atrium.

The design has incorporated two attractions in the building. One is the Global Harmony Clock located at the main entrance atrium with “Bunga Raya” chandeliers. The other unique feature is the incorporation of a waterfall inside the building.
