Sierramas Western Parcel
This 7.2 acre development , a rather odd shaped parcel, is the result of some leftover land after road and river widening requirements. As a continuation of it residential character in its surrounding, the development adopted the gated community concept. The site layout is linear with terrace house design solution.
Three types of house designs were adopted due to site topography : flat site solution, slope down solutions; and slope up solution. The development provides 49 units of link-houses and a semi-detached house.
