4G5 development was a competition project under Putrajaya Holdings, which was won by Arkitek MAA. A key requirement is compliance to Putrajaya Corporation?s Urban Design Guidelines. The site is located at Presint 4 Putrajaya.

4G5 is a 10 storey government office building which includes a multipurpose hall, cafeteria and four levels of basement carpark. A centralised landscape courtyard is created forming an axis which acts as the main entrance to the building. This axis visually connects two of the Putrajaya bridges from the east and west roads that access the site.

The fa?ade concept is formal and complies with urban design guidelines to blend in with the surroundings.
