Menara Bangsar is one of the pioneer condominium developments in the exclusive residential area of Bangsar in Kuala Lumpur. Several site constraints lie a sloping terrain, a large monsoon drain traversing the site, and an adjoining arterial road) were resolved in the design by incorporating two tower blocks inter-connected by a podium car park, thus freeing the rest of the site for recreational facilities amidst the retained natural terrain and greenery.
The twin-tower design emphasises on the ease of access and mobility within the development where the apartments and car parks are directly connected to the ground-level recreational areas via the lifts.
