The architectural design for the hotel & serviced apartment is contemporary, blending the symbolic motifs of the oil palm, which is the client?s core business. The screens on the building facade resembles oil palm trees and the chosen colour for the main feature of both hotel & serviced apartment buildings uses the Client?s corporate colour. The hotel is designed to be a leisure and business hotel by having a banquet hall, meeting rooms, seminar rooms and recreational pools.

The Garden Restaurant adopts the essence of tropical architecture with two parts of the dining areas, indoor & outdoor, which are planned to operate on a daily basis. It has the flexibility to be turned into a venue for garden wedding by having a stage, lounge and complete facilities to cater for such events. There is also a wakaf (gazebo) sited near the restaurant and it shall be a symbolic representation of the local Malay hospitality and cultural aspect.
